Return Policy

If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery, please raise a return request on our website. Return request must be raised within 2 days from the date of delivery.

  Valid reasons to return an item

  • Delivered product is damaged (physically destroyed or broken / defective)
  • Delivered product is incomplete (has missing items and/or accessories)
  • Delivered product is incorrect (wrong product/size/color, fake item, or expired)
  • Delivered product is does not match product description or picture (product not as advertised)
  • Delivered product does not fit. (Size is unsuitable)

Conditions for Returns

  1. The product must be unused.
  2. The product must include the original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, invoice and accessories.
  3. The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer’s packaging/box.

  This term does not apply to certain * PRODUCTS.

* Electric/Electronic products which can get easily damaged by voltage fluctuation (Horn, Bulb, Ignition coil, Spark Plugs, Sensors etc.).

       * Mobil products supplied by MJL or any other Brand products which have an open type QR code scanning option on the bottle or packaging.

*Liquid Items non return/refundable.

 NOTE: It is important to indicate the Order Number and Return Tracking Number on your return package to avoid any inconvenience/delay in your return process. If your returned item does not meet the above requirements, we reserve the right to reject any request for a refund.

Refund Policy

If any particular product is eligible for a refund, the refund method should be based on the table below depending on buyers Initial Payment Method. The shipping fee is not refundable.
